Eclectic since its inception, from 1970 BD Barcelona directs its collection in the sign of beauty, intrinsic value of each product. Made with great care, as opposed to mass production, the BD Barcelona collection is closer to the artistic sphere to that of the industrial design, also thanks to the many limited editions and unique pieces. In the 80s BD Barcelona has pleasantly surprised by including in his collection the furniture designed by Gaudí for its famous buildings, and in the early 90s with the introduction of Dalí designed furniture and lamps. Recently, the collection has been enriched by the contributions of major high artistic profile designers like Jaime Hayon and Doshi Levien, continuing to lead the way in which design meets art.
