The new knIndustrie collection, designed by Andrea Castrignano and dedicated to the mise en place, revolutionizes the way of conceiving and setting up the table. The classic service consisting of flat plate, bottom and fruit plate gives way to a series of three stackable elements of the same shape and of the same diameter. The stoneware line created by the Brescia-based company in collaboration with Andrea Castrignano, a volcanic interior designer and well-known television face, is called Lunch Layers. The concept was designed to make the convivial moments simpler and without superstructures, allowing the various dishes to be served, from the appetizer to the dessert, in equal and stackable elements. The plates of the Lunch Layers collection, in stoneware, are available in different colors belonging to the Castrignano color chart, such as Wengé, Petrol, Amethyst, Whale, Army and Slate, and in as many shades in gradation with respect to the basic shade. Placed one on top of the other, the plates create a degradé effect on the table and invite the diner to "leaf through" them one after the other.
