Traditionally made of ceramic, Tajine is a particular pot of Berber origin formed by two bodies: the container itself, to hold the dish, and the lid in the shape of cone, to facilitate the return of the steam inside the food in cooking, keep them soft and rich in flavor and aroma. The flame is kept low for the long cooking times: aluminum non-stick, dark brown, is well suited for this function. To lift the lid provides excellent grip without overheating, a ring of ecru polyester. Dimensions: 30 cm (ø) x 23 cm (H).
