Birdie is a table lamp designed by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba in 2011 for Foscarini. This lamp reinterprets the classic bedside lamp with lampshade in a contemporary way, but making it with resistant and lightweight materials. Birdie uses a thin support, like the trunk of a young tree, and a switch designed like a small branch ready to welcome a bird, from which it takes its name.
