Clarity

In 1946, in the context of post-war reconstruction, Vico Magistretti designed Claritas , his first lamp, created with the aim of bringing clarity and brightness to a world being reborn.

For the first time, it uses curved metal tubes and a shaped aluminum sheet as an adjustable reflector, introducing a new technical and aesthetic language. Claritas is an iconic object, in which design and function merge in an essential way, giving shape to adjustable and visually light lighting .
