The Crete Ø17 casserole dish by KnIndustrie, a result of the collaboration with the studio Q-Bic, reinterprets the tradition of terracotta cooking in a contemporary key.
Made of terracotta, it allows cooking without fats and condiments, distributing heat evenly and maintaining the natural moisture of the ingredients.
