Gourmet Pizza

Terracotta, a material used for centuries to cook various dishes, is especially suitable for long cooking times. Its main characteristic is that it is refractory to fire: this allows it to accumulate a lot of heat and release it slowly, promoting even cooking and always at the same temperature. Pizza Gourmet was created to cook pizza and serve it at the table, keeping it warm until the last slice.
