The Cedar Plank

The Cedar Plank KnIndustrie, created in collaboration with chef Saulo Della Valle, brings the tradition of Scandinavian planking into the home kitchen. This wooden plank cooking set consists of a cedar plank and an elegant steel tray for serving.

The cedar wood releases natural aromas that are absorbed by the fish during cooking, enhancing its flavor. Suitable for both home ovens and grills, the plank can also be used to cook meat and other foods, combining tradition, functionality, and elegant design.
